Previously licensed by the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO), Denise is very familiar with matters involving realty including property sale transactions, commercial tenancy, and residential tenancy matters.  From this background, Denise received exposure to legal issues such as disputes involving broker representation agreements, breaches of purchase and sale agreements, failure to disclose certain defects.
